Discrimination in Academia – An Introduction to Awareness (for PhD students, in English)

The workshop addresses the opportunities and possibilities for career development at the University and clarifies terms related to discrimination in a higher education context. Participants will be encouraged to explore, reflect and raise their awareness of discriminatory behaviour. The methods used in this interactive workshop are based on research findings on Gender in Science, intersectional feminist theories and indigenous sciences.
